We run a Pet Bank (Benji's Pet Bank), Hygiene Bank (Hygiene 4 All) & Clothing/Baby Bank (RotherShare) based in Hellaby, Rotherham
We offer pet food and accessories, human hygiene products & clothing and baby items to people & pets in need in Rotherham
COLLECTION TIMES
Tuesday: 12pm-4pm
ALL COLLECTIONS WILL BE GIVEN A 1 HOUR TIME SLOT
IF YOU MISS YOUR SLOT YOU WILL NEED TO BE REASSIGNED ANOTHER SLOT
THE NEW COLLECTION SLOT WILL NOT BE ON THE SAME DAY AS THE ORIGINAL
DELIVERIES
Our usual delivery days are
Monday/Tuesday (S60, S61, S65 & S66)
Saturday/Sunday (DN12, S62, S63, S64 & S73)
These days are subject to change, dependent on driver availability, and may sometimes be cancelled
Please ensure you are home on your delivery day as parcels will no longer be left safe
(unless by prior arrangement, which is at your own risk), if you are not home and no arrangements are made, your parcel will be returned to us and you will have to wait until the next weeks
deliveries for it, this is to ensure that no parcels are getting stolen or going missing
All of our deliveries are photographed (just like Amazon do) to provide proof of delivery
We also work with local human foodbanks (providing pet food where needed)
We are always accepting donations, if you have any donations, please contact us (via email or on Facebook), monetary donations can be made by cash via Bank Transfer (details on How Can You Help Us! Page), you can buy items for us directly from our Amazon Wishlists or donate items via DropPoint with the buttons below

Founded in December 2021, as Critters Kitchen Pet Food Bank (recently changed to Critters Community Network) has been working hard with the help of our volunteers (everyone is a volunteer, even our Founder/Managing Director) and supporters to help individuals in Rotherham, South Yorkshire
Our work is dedicated to offering pet food & accessories, human hygiene products and clothing/baby items and we strive to inspire and improve the lives of those who need our assistance.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT WE ARE A SMALL NON-PROFIT ORGANISATION
WE DO NOT HAVE 100's OF 1,000's OF POUNDS TO SPEND ON STOCK
SO YOU WILL RECEIVE WHAT WE HAVE HAD DONATED (WITH PET FOOD THIS MAY BE PAST BBE (Best Before End) STOCK, WHICH IS STILL PERFECTLY OK FOR YOUR PETS TO EAT)
ALSO THERE MAY BE TIMES WHEN WE DON'T HAVE CERTAIN FOODS (Usually Wet Food) AVAILABLE, SO IN THOSE CIRCUMSTANCES YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE BOTH (Wet & Dry)
WE WORK VERY HARD (For Free) TO KEEP THIS SERVICE RUNNING, SO PLEASE BE THANKFUL FOR WHAT YOU DO RECEIVE
What is in a Pet Parcel?
Please be aware that it is NOT our aim to provide all of your pet food, but rather to give you a boost, by supplementing what you may be able to provide yourselves (much like a human food bank), to lighten the load and lessen the financial burden, we are afraid we CANNOT offer full coverage

Self-referrals now cost £5 per parcel
WE NO LONGER PROVIDE FOR LITTERS OF PUPPIES OR KITTENS
(PLANNED OR UNPLANNED), IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SPAY/NEUTER YOUR PETS (THERE ARE SCHEMES THAT CAN HELP WITH THE COSTS)
IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO INTENTIONALLY BREED YOUR PET, YOU CAN AFFORD TO FEED THEM, THE SAME APPLIES TO RECENTLY ACQUIRED PETS (WE WILL NOT PROVIDE FOOD FOR ANY PETS UNDER THE AGE OF 6 MONTHS, AS THESE COSTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN THOUGHT ABOUT BEFORE ACQUIRING THE PET)
per Dog (Max. 3 Dogs per Household)
Mixed Diet: 8 Cans/Trays of Wet Food & 2kg Complete Dry Food or Mixer
Wet Only: 12 Cans/Trays of Wet Food
Dry Only: 3kg Dry Food
Each Parcel Will Also Contain Treats, if available (at least 1 pack per dog, max. 3 dogs)
per Cat (Max. 3 Cats per Household)
Mixed Diet: 8 x 100g Pouches/2 x 400g Cans of Wet Food & 500g Dry Food
Wet Only: 12 x 100g Pouches/3x 400g Cans of Wet Food
Dry Only: 1kg Dry Food
Each Parcel Will Also Contain Treats, if available (at least 1 pack per cat, max. 3 cats)
May also contain (if needed & available) cat litter, flea treatments, worming treatments, pet hygiene products, toys, dog coats, beds, poop bags, bowls, collars & leads
